Key Responsibilities- Payroll and Billing Administration: Manage contractors' payroll and billing using our in-house payroll system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local statutory and tax regulations.
- Payroll Processing: Process weekly or monthly payroll for contractors, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Payroll and Billing Accuracy: Verify and ensure payroll and billing accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or errors.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams on payroll and billing matters, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate weekly and monthly payroll and billing reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Pay and Bill Hours Reconciliation: Reconcile pay and bill hours, ensuring accurate payment and billing.
- Margin Analysis: Conduct margin analysis before payment to contractors, ensuring accurate calculation and payment.
- Tax Compliance: File form IR21 (Tax Clearance) for foreigners and check IR8A for candidates, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- NS Make-Up Pay Claim: Prepare NS Make-Up Pay claim for contractors, ensuring accurate calculation and submission.
- Government Paid Leaves Refund: Apply for refund on Government Paid Leaves, ensuring accurate calculation and submission.
- Compliance and Ad-Hoc Duties: Ensure local statutory, tax, policy, and internal compliance are fulfilled, performing other ad-hoc payroll and billing duties as assigned.
- Education: Minimum Diploma holder.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant Payroll experience or Fresh Entry.
- Skills: Ability to handle high volume of requirements and tight deadlines, good knowledge of Employment Act and Payroll Processes, IT savvy, team player with strong interpersonal skills, strong administrative and time management skills.
