Key Role: Airfreight Operations Executive

The role of an Airfreight Operations Executive is crucial in ensuring the efficient processing of shipments.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach to manage all aspects of inbound and outbound airfreight shipments, including customs permits and shipping documents.

A key aspect of this role is the management of shipment coordination, permit declaration, documentation, system updates, and global communication.

Additional responsibilities include performing real-time data entry into the Transportation Management System (TMS) and liaising with overseas offices, agents, and partners for shipment updates.
