Airfreight Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Professional to handle full-spectrum airfreight operations, including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking.
- Ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery by liaising with airlines, ground handling agents, transporters, and customs.
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as AWBs, permits, invoices, and packing lists.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
- Closely coordinate with customers and internal departments to meet service expectations and special handling requirements.
Key responsibilities also include ensuring data accuracy in the freight management system, assisting in month-end closing activities, and maintaining proper filing and documentation in accordance with company policy and audit requirements.
Requirements:- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in airfreight operations (import/export).
- Knowledge of airfreight procedures, customs documentation, and cargo systems is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin for effective business communications.
