**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle full set of export airfreight documentation including HAWB, MAWB, invoices, packing lists, and permits
- Arrange bookings with airlines and co-loaders, and ensure space confirmation
- Coordinate with overseas agents, airline representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely uplift of cargo
- Monitor flight schedules, cargo readiness, and ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and on time
- Ensure proper customs clearance procedures and compliance with relevant export regulations
- Track and trace export shipments, proactively provide updates to customers, and resolve delays or discrepancies
- Prepare and verify export billing, ensure costing is accurately reflected, and handle supplier invoices
- Maintain and update shipment records in the freight management system
- Build and maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Support the Export Manager in process improvements and ad hoc operational tasks

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in airfreight export operations
- Strong knowledge of airfreight documentation, airline booking procedures, and customs/export regulations
- Familiar with Singapore customs procedures and systems (e.g., Tradenet, Cargo Community Network)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with freight forwarding software (e.g., CargoWise, Cargowise One, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Location**: Changi Airfreight Centre

**Salary**: SGD 3,500 - SGD 3,800 (commensurate with experience)

**Working Hours**:

- 5.5 days per week during probation period
- Alternate Saturdays off upon confirmation
