The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement strategic plans for talent development, ensuring that employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct an annual learning needs analysis to identify training programs that align with strategic goals.">
  • Monitor and track allocated resources for learning initiatives.">
  • Provide guidance to departments on implementing their respective learning plans.">
  • Manage sponsorships and bonds for external courses and professional development programs as needed.">
  • Collaborate with HR Tech to distribute learning reports to departments for review.">
  • Review, develop, and implement policies, plans, systems, and processes to ensure they are effective and aligned with organizational objectives.">
  • Partner with management, business units, unions, and staff to offer consultancy, guidance, and resources to support talent development.">
  • Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs.">
  • Oversee the recruitment process for internship positions.">
  • Support initiatives such as employee engagement surveys and well-being activities.">

Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration / Communications or equivalent is required. Relevant experience in Human Resource Development and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint are also essential.
