We are seeking an accomplished HR Manager to spearhead our human resources functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies and procedures for talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Manage administrative tasks and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Provide counsel on policies and procedures.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process.
- Create effective onboarding plans to enhance employee engagement.
- Develop training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and feedback.
- Support disciplinary and grievance issues management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions for compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or administrator.
- Knowledge of HR functions, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, training, and development.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences, or a relevant field; further education or certification is an asset.
