Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Assistant/Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Post job advertisements, schedule and coordinate interviews, administer pre-interview assessments, and respond to candidate queries.
  • Employee Onboarding: Prepare and collate employee contracts, complete employee data setup, coordinate new hire orientation sessions, and process work pass applications.
  • HR Records and File Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards, and manage shared HR files.
  • Employee Offboarding: Process employee separation paperwork, update records, and ensure cessation of staff benefits.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
