Job Title: HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top candidates.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and design tailored talent acquisition strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
