Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts in Singapore. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for Singapore and regional roles.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of recruitment processes and provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to HR leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technology or distribution sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor law and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
