About the Role:
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, talent management, training and employee relations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Analyse reports and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in HR processes and employee performance.
- Conduct salary structure analysis and recommend compensation adjustments to remain competitive.
- Schedule and facilitate onboarding and exit interviews to ensure a smooth transition of employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, benefits and training history.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software.
- Excellent leadership, training and developmental skills.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore, including labour laws set by governing authorities and organizations.
