Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
The role involves:
- Recruitment and Selection: Providing support throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Job Requirements: Gathering job requirements and conducting outreach to attract top candidates.
- Resume Screening: Screening resumes, assessing qualifications, and supporting the selection process.
- Candidate Communication: Responding to candidate inquiries and providing regular updates.
- Employment Offers: Preparing employment offers, contracts, and relevant documents.
- Onboarding Coordination: Coordinating issuance of access passes, uniforms, and equipment.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Talent Development Specialist will also assist with foreign worker issues, including work pass applications, renewals, and housing arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills. They should be proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
