Requirements

To be successful as a Talent Development Specialist, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field;">
  • At least 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar role;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;">
  • Certification in adult learning principles and instructional design is an asset.">
