
Talent Development Specialist

The role of a Talent Development Specialist is to spearhead initiatives that empower undergraduate students to develop leadership, innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver impactful programmes, scholarships, and engagement opportunities for student growth.
Responsibilities:
- Student Talent Development Programmes:
- Develop and implement strategies to manage and enhance talent development programmes for undergraduates.
- Partner with schools, offices, and vendors to design training sessions, workshops, and mentoring initiatives.
- Monitor programme effectiveness, track budgets, and drive continuous improvement.
- Talent Scholarship Application:
- Lead the marketing, promotion, and administration of talent scholarship initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end processes including applications, selection, and interviews with domain experts.
- Build strong relationships with panellists and scholarship recipients, providing ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate records and track programme impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Cultivate strong ties with senior management, faculty, and departments to align initiatives with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with external partners, educational institutions, industry experts, and sponsors to strengthen support and leverage expertise.
- A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- At least 8 years of experience in managing initiatives such as leadership programmes, scholarships, or symposiums.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
