Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

You will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end internship process and providing support to the Talent Acquisition team. Your key responsibilities will include data management, career fairs, and administrative tasks. To succeed in this position, you will need a diploma in Human Resources or relevant experience, along with at least 3 years of HR experience in areas such as recruitment, administration, or data management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internship Administration – Manage the entire lifecycle of interns.
  • Recruitment Support – Assist the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Data Management – Review, clean, verify, and maintain HR datasets and employee records.
  • Career Fairs & Outreach – Provide logistical support for events and career development activities.
  • Administrative Support – Cover for HR Business Partnership matters when needed.


Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources (or relevant HR experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in recruitment, administration, or data management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel.
