About the Job
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Specialist to play a strategic role in attracting top talent, driving employee engagement and nurturing a high-performance culture.
What you'll do
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle process.
- Act as a first point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth organizational transition and integration into the company culture.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities that foster collaboration, recognition and career growth.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyse feedback, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Manage and address employees' work-related queries.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Training and Development
- Identify training requirements and help organize relevant training programs and workshops.
- Maintain training records and ensure proper documentation of completed courses.
Advisory and Compliance:
- Provide advisory support on people-related matters, including performance management, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and best practices.
What you'll bring
- 3 years' HR experience with at least 1 year in business partner role.
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and culture building.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
