The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in the strategic HR initiatives related to talent acquisition and management. This position is responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts, talent development programs, and manpower planning to ensure our organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
- 【 What you will be doing 】- The HR Manager will work with an executive on the following:
1. Talent Acquisition- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, advertisement, talent sourcing via all available channels, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees
- Handle manpower requests and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Identify and develop hiring initiatives (e.g. talent fairs, institutional partnerships)

2. Talent Management- Develop and implement talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop a skilled and diverse workforce
- Manage the process for new joiners and leavers, including onboarding, termination and exit interviews
- Provide guidance and support in addressing employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment
- Oversee internship/school outreach partnerships and collaborate with department heads to develop meaningful experiences
- Design and coordinate the performance appraisal process, including establishing timelines and guidance to managers on conducting appraisals
- Upkeep employee communication materials, such as onboarding assets and employee handbook

3. Training and Development- Work with department heads to identify talent development needs
- Develop and implement effective training programs for employees at all levels
- Collaborate with department heads to develop an effective succession planning program

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【 What they are looking for 】- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on talent management, training, recruitment, and manpower planning.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
