Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our team in managing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, payroll administration, engagement initiatives, and compliance management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Selection:
    • Post job advertisements and screen applications.
    • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and prepare job offers and employment contracts.
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
    • Prepare new hire documentation and conduct orientation.
    • Maintain employee personal files and HR system records.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
    • Assist in monthly payroll processing and administer staff benefits.
    • Evaluate and ensure compliance with statutory contributions.
  • HR Administration & Employee Relations:
    • Draft HR communications and handle employee inquiries on HR matters and policies.
    • Support staff welfare, engagement activities, and training programs.
  • Compliance & Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Other Duties:
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
