Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

Job Description:

The Talent Management Specialist will play a key role in driving business success by ensuring that the right people are in the right roles at the right time. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with HR Business Partners to deliver strategic talent management initiatives, including talent planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to deliver talent planning and succession planning initiatives.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs to build bench strength and develop future leaders.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services team to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR data management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum degree in Business/Human Resources with some internship experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven ability to drive results and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
