Singapore Fullerton Fund Management Company Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

**Role Summary**
This role will report to Head of Human Capital.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities****:
- Lead and manage the full cycle of talent acquisition process to source, identify, interview, and attract talented people to support our business needs locally and globally
- Partner closely with business line leaders to fill resource needs
- Work on ad-hoc HR projects and other related activities as assigned from time to time
**Education Qualification****:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder
**Experience and Skills****:
- 5 to 10 years proven experience as a TA specialist in both traditional roles in financial industry and digital space such as digital analyst, UI/UX designer, data scientist, data engineer, data architect, full stack developer, solution architect etc
- Good knowledge of Singapore and China employment laws and abreast with any regulatory changes
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multi-tasking effectively
- Meticulous and sharp eyes for talents fitting to the business needs
- Good team player and smart thinker, embrace a collaborative and open working culture
- Agile and adaptable
