Technical Support Specialist

Cultivar Asia Pte Ltd, a pioneering company in the cleaning industry, is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join their team. Located in the Asia region, this role requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to customers.
As a Service Technician at Cultivar Asia, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical assistance during product demonstrations and sales trials to help customers understand our advanced cleaning robots.
- Training customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots, and certifying them for proper operation.
- Addressing technical inquiries, quickly identifying issues, and troubleshooting robot malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address and solve robot issues, both on-site and for factory returns.
- Staying updated on the latest robot technologies and using this knowledge to assist customers.
- Collecting feedback to help improve the product and sharing insights with the R&D team.
- Traveling to customer sites as needed for onsite support, training, and troubleshooting services.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A diploma or certificate in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience in technical support or servicing, preferably in robotics or automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer training and support.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in cleaning robot technologies.
- A willingness to travel for customer support and training.
