Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Advocate to join our team. This role involves actively engaging with parents and students to provide updates on their child's progress, handling customer inquiries, and facilitating timely payments of students.

This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. A diploma in Hospitality, Mass Communications or related field, and 1-2 years of customer-facing experience are essential qualifications for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with parents and students to provide updates on their child's progress
  • Handle customer inquiries, including phone calls and other communication channels
  • Manage centre administration and internal CRM
  • Provide administrative support with data entry of student registration details
  • Facilitate timely payments of students
  • Support student participation and attendance in centre events/courses
Requirements
  • Diploma in Hospitality, Mass Communications or related field
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Strong coordination and organisation skills
Salary: SGD $40,000 - $60,000 per annum
