Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at INFOHOST PTE LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving account growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- Deliver product training sessions to customers, either virtually or on-site.
- Consult with customers to provide best practices for using our product effectively.
- Conduct customer needs analysis and solution-finding sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for expansion of account usage by collaborating with power users within the organization.
- Provide regular feedback and requirements to the Sales team to enhance product development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new product features and releases.
- Participate in training and mentoring new team members to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Diploma holder with a minimum 4 years of experience in a Customer Support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and ability to work effectively in online environments.
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
