We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Advocate to join our team at Coinbase Singapore Pte. Ltd.

As a Customer Success Advocate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our high-value customers receive exceptional support and service, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for selected high-value consumers, providing world-class support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and drive impactful changes.
  • Champion clear communication with internal and external partners to align on solutions and drive results.
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts for potential issues and take proactive steps to prevent problems.
  • Educate customers about benefits they may not be taking advantage of, such as staking or Coinbase One.

What We're Looking For:

  • Motivated by Coinbase's mission and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an enterprise customer/account management/advisory role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of blockchain, infrastructure, staking, ROI/staking rewards, custody, and/or crypto.
  • Fantastic communication skills to operate across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth organization.
  • Fluency in Cantonese is essential.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
