The Director of Sales and Business Growth will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas. They will identify and acquire new clients for our insurance technology products and services, with a focus on SAAS/PAAS offerings, and build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective relationship building and communication.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a minimum of 10+ years of sales experience, with a focus on the insurance industry and technology solutions. You will have a technical/insurance background with minimum 5+ years of experience, and a strong understanding of SAAS/PAAS, integrations, middle office, APIs, and architecture.

You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with clients, and will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You will also be able to adapt to a dynamic market environment and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
