We are seeking a skilled professional to join our construction team as a Cost Estimator and Contract Manager.

  • Evaluate received quotations, prepare and submit claims to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
  • Manage variation orders and claims, and develop cost reduction strategies to enhance project value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Claims Management: Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients.
  • Contract Negotiation: Evaluate quotations, negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
  • Cost Control: Manage variation orders and claims, develop cost reduction strategies to enhance project value.

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Building or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year's relevant working experience as a main contractor QS.
  • Proven ability in contract negotiation, administration & variation orders.
  • Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & meet tight deadlines.
  • Bilingual, preferred proficient in spoken / written English and Chinese.
