Job Title: Cost Estimator and Contract Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Cost Estimator and Contract Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction engineering, finance or a related field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing tender submissions and progress claims, negotiating with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. You will also hire and document contractors and subcontractors, act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers, keep track of construction materials and inventory, and prepare payments for suppliers and subcontractors.
Key skills include financial analysis, problem-solving, excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for cost management and contract administration, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from small renovations to large-scale constructions. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.
