Job Title: Cost Estimator and Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator and Contract Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and interpreting contract documents and drawings, as well as identifying potential risks and areas of concern. Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding and reasonably interpreting contract document & drawing
  • Identifying and advising on contract provision thoroughly and risk/areas of concern
  • Performing measurement and cost breakdown
  • Preparing detailed estimates and reports

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Significant experience in contract management and cost estimation
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procedures
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
