
HR Operational Support Specialist

The HR Operational Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient and employee-centric HR operational support within our organization.
This specialist supports the smooth execution of HR processes and ensures service excellence in areas such as employee life cycle management, HR systems administration, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute end-to-end HR transactions, including onboarding, confirmation, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain, audit P-files and HRIS records, to ensure completeness, data accuracy and integrity.
- Administer training processes, including coordination with external training providers.
As an HR Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide excellent customer service and ensure seamless HR processes.
