HR Assistant & Administrative Specialist

As an HR and Administrative Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining staff personnel files
  • Managing work permits, renewals, and cancellations
  • Administering staff benefits including leave records, insurance claims, and medical claims
  • Processing government-paid maternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement, and training applications
  • Liaising with Government agencies on funding, applications, and claims

In addition to these tasks, you will also provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Department, which may include preparing monthly reports and performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an O-level certificate or diploma is required. Preference will be given to candidates with 1-2 years of experience in administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also required.
