Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Description:

This role involves handling a full spectrum of payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing, including income tax and reimbursements. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate employee data in our system, manage leave administration, prepare HR letters, and administer staff benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll processes, including monthly processing, income tax, and reimbursements.
  • Maintain employee data in our system, manage leave administration, and prepare HR letters.
  • Administer staff benefits, claims, and ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments and tax filing.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies regarding employees' remuneration.
  • Prepare statistical reports for government agencies and analyze payroll data for management and finance reporting.
  • Process staff insurance claims and liaise with insurance agents.
  • Handle annual performance appraisal exercises and undertake other HR functions as assigned.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing (InfoTech software experience is an advantage).
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices.
  • Numeric, analytical, and forecasting skills.
  • Meticulous and proactive approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel.
