Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor service quality to ensure customer experience meets standards.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, requests, and feedback with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Review and enhance processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Deliver a professional, prompt, and high-quality service experience to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Make outgoing calls to customers.
- Resolve complicated or escalated issues.
- Manage customer expectations and work under pressure.
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level
- Working experience in call centers or customer service
- Teamwork and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills and customer orientation
Benefits:
- Working Location: Bedok, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm); Saturday (9am-2pm)
