Job Description:

You will lead key pilots for our go-to-market operating model and help design, build, experiment, and iterate quickly with small cross-functional working groups.

Your primary focus will be on crafting problem statements, analyzing data, and delivering actionable recommendations to help our partners grow on YouTube.

Additionally, you will support the roll-out of priority activations, programs, and forums to the Content Partnerships team, including advising regional executives.


Responsibilities:
  1. Craft problem statements, analyze and interpret data, and identify and deliver tactical and actionable recommendations to help our partners grow on YouTube.
  2. Develop and present executive-ready communications by quantitative and qualitative insights.
  3. Support the roll-out of priority activations, programs, and forums to the Content Partnerships team, including advising regional executives.
  4. Lead key pilots for the regional go-to-market operating model for the partnerships organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Excellent attention to detail, project management, and ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay ahead of things while meeting deadlines in a fluid environment.
  • Ability to work separately and as a team player.
