About The JobJob Summary:
The Global Partnership and Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel strategy to expand Mytepro's global footprint in the software industry. This includes identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partners and channel alliances across diverse markets with a strong focus on technology and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a global channel and partnership strategy that aligns with Mytepro's expansion goals and software industry dynamics.
- Identify target markets and segments, leveraging regional expertise to penetrate new territories.
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit strategic channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and technology partners within the software industry.
- Develop and maintain a robust partner pipeline and onboarding process.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Mytepro's vision and values.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving issues and driving collaborative growth.
- Establish and track strong KPIs for partner performance, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, market penetration, and partner engagement.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to monitor performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs and enablement tools for partners to effectively position and sell Mytepro's software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support channel-driven initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics within the software industry to refine partnership strategies and adapt to evolving conditions.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to drive product innovation and enhance competitive positioning.
- Lead contract negotiations and establish clear partnership terms, including revenue sharing, performance incentives, and compliance measures.
- Develop a partner governance framework to ensure adherence to brand standards, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with global sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs.
- Represent Mytepro at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in global channel management, strategic partnerships, or business development, preferably in the software/technology sectors.
- Proven track record in driving significant revenue growth and expanding market share through effective channel strategies in the software industry.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in global markets with an understanding of regional cultural and business nuances, particularly within the APAC region.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, partner management platforms, and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to develop and deliver clear performance metrics and KPIs; strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
