About the Role

The Channel Partnership Manager/Director is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing partnerships between customers, channel partners, and other external partners. Key objectives include driving growth by expanding the distribution network and building robust channel partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify and engage ideal partners that align with company targets, negotiate partnership agreements, collaborate on key performance indicators (KPIs), and guide partners through a streamlined onboarding process.
  • Management & Growth: Manage relationships with channel partners, develop joint business plans, regularly evaluate partnership performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Establish KPIs to assess partner performance, use analytics to provide actionable insights, share performance metrics with partners, and foster transparency.
  • Market Analysis & Strategic Growth: Conduct industry analysis, identify new partnership opportunities, advocate for new partnership models within the company, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
