Job Title: Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a key member of the RECRUITPLUS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. team, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors to secure project specifications and selections.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings, and conduct regular market updates.
  • Focus on sales growth and brand management, ensuring the company maintains a strong market presence.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, expand the customer base, and meet performance targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of business development/sales experience, preferably in the building materials/construction industry.
  • Strong business acumen, with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and self-drive.
  • Experience in tenders and quotations.
