APAC Compliance Transformation Programme Manager

Mizuho Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to join the APAC Compliance team as a Transformation Programme Manager. This role will support the APAC Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and APAC Compliance Chief of Staff in managing and coordinating regional compliance and compliance transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the APAC Compliance Transformation programme, ensuring timely completion of key project milestones
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and plans to support compliance transformation programme development and execution
  • Collaborate with APAC Compliance Heads to conceptualize, develop, and disseminate content to communicate status of the Compliance Transformation programme
  • Prepare communication and status updates to the Head Office, senior management, and key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 10 to 15 years' experience in consulting and/or the financial services industry
  • Strong project management experience and skills
  • Expertise in developing and executing communications strategy
  • Compliance experience will be an advantage
  • Strong organization and time management skills, excellent eye for details
  • Highly motivated team player
  • Strong analytical, communication (written and verbal) and people skills, ability to influence and collaborate with people across different cultures and backgrounds
  • Excellent Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Adaptable, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
