IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The IT Infrastructure Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure to support business operations and growth. This role involves providing technical expertise and collaborating with vendors to ensure on-going operation support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure secure and efficient operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
  • Track IT operations activities in an ITSM platform, including incident, change, problem, configuration, and release management.
  • Responsible for IT hardware and software asset lifecycle management, inventory management, software package distribution, software/system patching, version upgrade, and software license review.
  • Provide EUC support using Microsoft 365 Intune to manage IT activities in the EUC environment.
  • Support project initiatives by providing technical expertise and collaboration with vendors.
  • Develop and implement IT standard operating procedures and review existing procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Plan and manage IT budgets to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Have knowledge in supporting major corporate events and meeting room equipment, primarily using the Microsoft Team Platform.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in managing and monitoring IT operations supported by outsourced vendors.

Technical skills in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 are strongly recommended.

Experience in using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms.

Engagement capabilities to manage stakeholders and internal and/or external partners.

Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to ensure progression for operational issues/projects.

An excellent command of both spoken and written English.
