
Luxury Guest Experience Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Executive Guest Services Manager to support our Guest Services team. This role is key to crafting unique and memorable guest experiences by offering personalized recommendations, handling guest requests and managing daily operations.
The ideal candidate is well-connected, knowledgeable about local attractions and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Guest Services team to deliver consistent and exceptional service to guests.
- Provide guests with information and recommendations on local dining, attractions, transportation and events.
- Coordinate logistics such as restaurant bookings, transportation, tickets and special arrangements.
- Ensure smooth execution of guest requests and follow-up for a seamless experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and vendors.
- Greet and engage with guests in the lobby to offer assistance and anticipate needs and requests.
- Maintain the Guest Services desk and ensure the team has updated resources and materials.
- Train and mentor junior Guest Services team members to uphold excellent service standards.
- Maintain guest preference records and provide thoughtful, personalized service.
- Support the achievement of guest satisfaction and loyalty metrics.
- Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years' experience in Guest Services roles in luxury hotels.
- Strong local knowledge and a wide network of contacts across services and attractions to provide concierge related services to the guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using hotel management systems (e.g. Opera PMS).
- Ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Membership with Les Clefs d'Or is a plus.
