Job Description

The Senior Butler will be responsible for leading and supervising the daily operations of the Butler Services team. This includes ensuring consistent and exceptional service delivery, managing pre-arrival preparations, guest preferences, and bespoke amenities for VIPs and special guests.

  • Conduct in-room registration, private guest orientation, and deliver customized guest experiences.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field and minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hotel or butler services, with supervisory experience preferred.
