Treehouse Experience Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

The Treehouse Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional, bespoke guest experiences within our luxury treehouses. This role demands a hands-on, guest-first approach, ensuring every stay reflects our brand's standards of luxury, privacy, and personalized service.

This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery, managing daily treehouse operations, and overseeing check-ins/check-outs. The incumbent will also act as the main point of contact for guests, addressing any requests or concerns with discretion, efficiency, and warmth.

Genuine Guest Relationships:

Act as a personal concierge for guests, assisting with itinerary planning, reservations, in-room dining coordination, wellness services, and curated in-room experiences. Build rapport and stay attuned to guest preferences and feedback, responding promptly and tactfully to any concerns, while maintaining positive outcomes and brand loyalty.

People Management and Collaboration:

Lead by example with a calm and service-focused demeanor, guiding and supporting junior team members or casual staff to uphold excellence. Collaborate closely with relevant departments to ensure all aspects of the guest experience are seamless and synchronized.
