Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Experience Associate to join our Corporate Real Estate team. As a representative of Equinix and the face of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an engaging workplace experience to customers and building a community that is inclusive, professional, and reflects our company values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Own the smooth running of the site and parking areas, ensuring the office meets Operational Excellence standards and the needs of customers and visitors. Continuously monitor security and safety, taking immediate action when risks are identified.
  • Delighting the Customer: Cover the front desk during business hours, providing exceptional customer service and anticipating customer needs. Plan and deliver CRE events, partnering with employee groups and business functions.
  • Inspiring Our People: Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, knowledge, care, and fun. Show interest and get to know customers individually and by name, creating a sense of community and connection in the office.
  • Partnering with the Business: Collaborate with site leaders, EAs, and employee groups on on-site events, ensuring quality and consistency of experience. Be an advocate and ambassador for CRE and CRE services, ensuring the business understands the scope of what we deliver for Equinix.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, with customer-facing experience essential
  • College/University graduate preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Facilities management and hospitality experience required
