About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Ambassador to join our team at Parkway Pantai Limited. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to all colleagues and stakeholders to our HQ and providing orientation of the workspace and other offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming experience that assimilates and inducts all stakeholders to the workplace, including concierge and technology introduction services.
  • Build relationships and provide personalized experiences to stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Obtain user feedback and propose service improvements for the workplace, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Screen visitors to ensure legitimacy of visit and provide directions, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Assist in Food and Beverage offerings, including stocking up of pantry and/or supplies when required, ensuring a seamless experience for stakeholders.
  • Administrate the space utilization and booking system, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Assist in the setup of workspace for meetings, or conversion to town hall and/or events, ensuring a professional and polished environment.
  • Recommend and contribute ideas for social events to foster intermingling and cohesiveness of colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Carry out inventory checks for workplace supplies, including stationery, printing supplies, and other consumables, and follow required procedures for approval to procure.
  • Ensure the workplace is kept clean and sanitized, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Gather stakeholders' requirements for procurement and consolidation, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least a Diploma, preferably in Hospitality or Business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to respond and resolve issues at hand.
  • Proactive approach in service provision, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Well-groomed and confident, with a positive and professional demeanor.
