Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end management of talent strategies across 13 countries, focusing on regional talent pools and Next Gen Talent programs.
  • Collaborate with regional and country Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure alignment with regional talent strategy.
  • Develop and implement the Next-Gen Talent strategy, encompassing attraction campaigns, assessments, selection, and development.
  • Deploy internal talent mobility and growth platforms for APAC, supporting leadership development and learning interventions.
  • Coordinate communication materials for HR initiatives and internal communication platforms.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Talent analytics and reporting skills, with experience in maintaining talent pool data and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to inform engagement and development strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to advise on learning interventions aligned with future skills and workforce needs.
  • Experience in budget management, vendor selection, and contracting.
