Lead Talent Strategist

Talent Development Opportunity

A premier financial services provider seeks an experienced talent development professional to lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive training frameworks for new hires, existing staff, and high-potential leaders.

  • Design and implement end-to-end learning and development processes, including curriculum design, content development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes through targeted talent development initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee capabilities and drive business results.
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of training programs to inform future development strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends and best practices in talent development.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience in talent development. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is proficiency in HRIS applications.

  • Expertise in talent development strategy and program design.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful training programs and measuring their impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
