
Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's talent acquisition initiatives forward.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the recruitment and selection process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corporate-wide HR strategies, leading compensation and benefits programs, and overseeing training and development programs.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to fulfill talent acquisition needs, including sourcing of candidates and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the initiatives for review, develop and implementation of corporate-wide HR policies and procedures in line with business needs and in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Lead compensation and benefits programs, including payroll calculation, performance management, job evaluation, rewards planning, healthcare insurance, etc.
- Identify training needs, sourcing and implement training programs to meet developmental needs.
- Provide HR advisory to business leaders and employees, addressing grievances and handling of disciplinary matters.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to provide a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Drive HR initiatives for continuous improvement. Conduct data collection, organizational analysis, and gathering feedback to develop HR solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience with at least 2 – 3 years in supervisory position. Experience in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR practices.
