Key Talent Manager and Career Strategist Responsibilities:

A seasoned professional is sought to lead talent management, focusing on growth, representation, and career strategy.

Job Description:

Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development to secure top talent for film, TV, dance, and musical productions. Develop and manage personalized onboarding processes including agreements, NDAs, and compliance documentation for seamless integration into productions.

Career Development & Representation:

  • Develop strategic plans tailored to each talent's unique goals in alignment with agency objectives and industry standards.
  • Promote talents to production companies, casting agents, and producers to secure roles and opportunities.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts on behalf of talents to maximize their potential earnings.

Project & Schedule Management:

  • Coordinate talent schedules, rehearsals, shoots, and promotional appearances to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain open communication channels regarding production timelines, changes, and updates.
  • Liaise closely with production teams to arrange script reads, costume fittings, and call times efficiently.

Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with talents, producers, directors, casting agents, and media professionals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for talent-related inquiries, disputes, or crises.
  • Cultivate an inclusive environment promoting growth and development for all talents.

Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records of talents' agreements, performances, and achievements.
  • Ensure talents comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor talents' performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent management, casting, or entertainment agency work.
  • Strong understanding of film production processes and industry trends.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized individual able to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, Performing Arts, or related fields preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Established industry network with connections among casting directors, agents, and media houses.
  • Prior experience working with celebrities or handling sensitive information.
  • Calm under pressure with excellent crisis management capabilities.
