Sales and Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Growth Manager to lead new business opportunities in travel retail environments across the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will drive commercial growth, expand customer portfolios, and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute commercial plans to strengthen and expand our position with assigned customers.
- Coordinate between customers and internal functions to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage pricing within the Gross to Net Framework and optimize assortment management.
- Evaluate and execute promotional strategies with cross-functional colleagues.
- Monitor market developments and competitor activity.
- A competitive salary range: SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum (depending on experience).
