About the Role

As a Business Development Manager for Sales Growth, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals
  2. Developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  3. Cultivating strong partnerships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  4. Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets
