Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Business Growth Manager to join our team. This role involves achieving monthly sales targets, deep understanding of product knowledge, and providing innovative solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales target
  • Deep understanding of product knowledge (comprehensive training is provided)
  • Believer and confident in selling innovative products
  • Weekly Sales reporting
  • Passionate in helping SMEs
  • Team player

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong cold calling ability
  • Strong staging ability
  • Strong sales closing ability (no hard sell/close, needs' based)
  • Hunter and farmer orientation
  • Strong communicator/presenter/convincer (clear and precise manner)
  • Sharp and sensitive in dissecting customer's pain points
  • Solution provider (toward customers/management)
  • Objective and task oriented

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including commission, incentives, bonus, and employee share option.
