Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and overseeing the front office operation at Worldwide Hotels Management (H) PTE. LTD.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to ensure seamless guest experiences, addressing complaints and special requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of departmental performance, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with operations departments to address defects and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee that public areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Recruit and develop talent, promoting a positive work culture within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • At least 4 years' experience in a full-service hotel or mid-range hotel setting.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and multitasking abilities.
Salary & Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of SGD $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for career growth and professional development.
